Electrical Safety Coordinator - Iowa
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Safety Manager to lead safety strategy and compliance for a Data Center project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical safety programs, ideally within data center, hospital/healthcare, industrial, or utility-scale electrical environments. You'll be responsible for building and enforcing safety protocols that protect our people, our equipment, and our operations.

What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve electrical safety programs in compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and NEC standards
- Conduct arc flash risk assessments, hazard analyses, and job safety planning
- Lead electrical safety training programs for employees, contractors, and vendors
- Partner with facilities, engineering, and operations teams to ensure safe work practices around high-voltage and critical power systems
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety violations; drive corrective actions
- Maintain compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Support commissioning and maintenance activities in mission-critical or data center environments
- Champion a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in electrical safety, EHS, or a related field
- Experience in data center, mission-critical xhyhwjd facilities, or high-voltage electrical environments strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926, and NEC codes
- Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) or similar certification a plus
- Strong communication and training/facilitation skills
- Ability to assess risk and make sound safety decisions under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
