IT Technician – Part-TimeAt Monarch Landing, technology is about more than computers—it's about helping people stay connected, engaged, and supported. We're looking for a hospitality-minded IT Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and providing exceptional service to both residents and employees.Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours/week Pay: $22/hourWhat You'll DoProvide first-level technical support to residents and employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Set up, install, and maintain computers, printers, and other technology.Manage IT support tickets and maintain accurate equipment inventory.Support employee onboarding, office moves, IT projects, and community technology initiatives.Provide basic computer and Microsoft 365 training to residents and employees.Offer in-home technology assistance to residents and support resident activities requiring technical expertise.Assist with community audiovisual (AV) equipment.Identify opportunities to improve troubleshooting resources and support processes.Deliver prompt, professional, and hospitality-focused customer service with every interaction.What You'll BringAssociate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Previous help desk or IT support experience preferred.Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, computers, printers, and peripheral devices.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to explain technology clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical users.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive, proactive approach and genuine desire to help others.Why You'll Love Working at Monarch LandingWe believe our employees deserve to feel valued and appreciated.
