As a BSA/AML Analyst, you will report to the BSA/AML Officer and serve as a critical member of our second line of defense, performing transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and investigations to protect the bank and ensure regulatory compliance. The TPRM Lead will be responsible for assisting in developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the Bank’s Third-party risk management program. The position will report directly to the Bank’s Director of Affiliate and Third Party Risk Management (ATPRM). The ATPRM Lead will ensure the program’s function with a high level of compliance with internal policies, and federal regulatory expectations. The Lead is required to be knowledgeable and skilled in third-party risk and be able to independently assess associated risk and develop effective risk management program.
