Business Transformation Project Manager

Leading the implementation of new quality processes and IT applications, the full-time remote Business Transformation Project Manager will manage project governance, drive business process redesign, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a regulated industry. Key responsibilities Oversee the full implementation of quality processes and the Veeva quality platform, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality Establish project governance and SAFe operating rhythms, including sprint planning and steering committees Align business stakeholders and software vendor teams to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the transformation program Required qualifications 8+ years of program/project management experience (or 6+ with a Master's degree) Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise IT programs in quality management Proven track record of managing projects in a regulated industry Strong skills in project management, SAFe/Agile methodologies, and vendor management Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
