Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a large commercial portfolio totaling more than 1 million square feet.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and support the maintenance and engineering staff.

• Project Coordination: Lead and manage all building construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.

• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.

• Quality Control: Ensure properties meet top-tier standards and achieve high scores in internal inspections.
