About the job
The Banquet Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service for weddings, meetings, and special events while creating a memorable guest experience.
We're looking for someone who
● Has experience in banquet, fine dining, or hospitality experience
● Provides outstanding customer service and communicates professionally with guests
● Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● Pays close attention to detail and follows event instructions accurately
● Is dependable, organized, and maintains a positive attitude
● Can work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Can safely lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed
What you'll do
● Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment
● Serve plated meals and assist with service
● Pour beverages and provide attentive table service
● Clear dishes, glassware, and table settings throughout events
● Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
● Maintain clean and organized event, service, and storage areas
● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
● Work closely with banquet and kitchen teams to ensure successful event execution
● Complete additional event-related duties as assigned
