A growing organization in the property management and hospitality industry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations and support financial excellence across a dynamic portfolio. Position Overview The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail oriented who brings both technical accounting strength and the leadership presence needed to support teams, improve processes, and partner across the business. • Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, reporting processes, and audit support.
• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting compliance requirements, internal controls, and sound financial governance practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced business environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present financial information clearly.
