Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Strategist to own and elevate our brand presence across social media platforms. This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership with hands-on content creation, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and digital storytelling. Social Media & Content Strategist: What You’ll Do Lead social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), growing reach, engagement, and conversions. Capture, create, and edit content for daily posts: including photos, short-form video, and behind the scenes moments. Organize and manage content production locally (onsite activations, retail space, and events) while coordinating with freelance creators nationwide to source content from activations in multiple cities. Maintain a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments. Leverage generative AI tools and editing software (bonus if you already know them!) to create, polish, and scale content faster. Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy to maximize ROI. Stay on top of cultural and social trends to ensure our brand voice is relevant and impactful. What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years of experience managing social media accounts and content creation for brands, agencies, or startups. Proven ability to shoot and edit video/photo content for social channels (mobile first mindset). Strong understanding of social first storytelling and platform-specific best practices. Organized and resourceful , with the ability to manage local content capture while coordinating with freelance teams across the country. Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment — always exploring new content capture techniques, formats, and trends to keep our channels fresh.
