Quick Facts: Location: 205 North East Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201 Start Date: 08/20/2026 Duration: Ongoing open and flexible scheduling Shift: 32-40 hours/week, Monday or Friday every week Hours/Week: 32-40 hours Employment Type: Locum Certifications: CRNA, MI state license (or eligible) Experience: Varies; strong general surgical and anesthesia background preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Administer anesthesia for a variety of general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients Provide care for neurosurgical cases, managing neurological status before and after procedures Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgeries Deliver anesthesia under supervision within a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation, as needed Contribute to a team handling approximately 50 surgical cases daily in multiple operating rooms What You Need: Active Maryland State CRNA license or eligibility Proven experience in a surgical setting preferred Strong clinical skills in anesthesia management Ability to work independently within supervised roles; effective communication skills About the Assignment: Join a respected Michigan hospital providing comprehensive anesthesia services across a full patient spectrum from pediatrics to geriatrics.
