As a Permit Coordinator, you would work closely with project managers and engineer/drafters to successfully prepare and submit Right-of-Way use and Private Utility permits to various jurisdictions./ppEssential Requirements:/polliExperience working in an office environment/liliExperience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word/liliProficient on computers and comfortable navigating server directories/liliComfortable communicating through email, phone or in person/liliMotivated to learn and able to adapt to changes when needed/liliPossess excellent analytical skills and the ability to problem solve/liliBe organized and have a strong attention to detail/liliBe willing to work flexible hours in a fast past environment/liliPositive attitude and be highly motivated to succeed/liliHave a current valid Drivers License/liliBe able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check/li/olpPrimary Responsibilities:/polliAssist the team by preparing and submitting Right-of-Way use and Private utility permits by email, online permit website, or hand deliver to a jurisdictions permitting office./liliVerify all permit packages have the required documents and are properly completed./liliFollow and track permit progress from the design phase, through the jurisdiction review process, to construction and closeout./liliUpdate permit records and provide support to jurisdictions and clients through a variety of permitting platforms./liliProvide permitting stage updates and support to internal groups, jurisdictions and clients by email, phone or in person/liliMaintain jurisdiction permitting database to stay up-to-date with current permit requirements and contact information./liliPerform all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment./li/olpCannon is a fast growing company and we are committed to providing top level training/coaching to help you grow your career.
