Scheduling Coordinator - Scottsdale

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for a top company in Scottsdale! This is an onsite contract role paying up to $20/hour.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm appointments and updates
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and calendars
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks

Required:

• Prior scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
