Join us and build a rewarding career with purpose.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding supportMaintain an active applicant pipeline within the ATS, ensuring timely follow-up and candidate movement through the hiring processCoordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support hiring decisionsMonitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure positions are actively managed and staffing needs are metDevelop sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreachBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, entry-level, clinical, non-clinical, and hard-to-fill positionsPartner with facility leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing priorities, workforce trends, and recruitment opportunitiesSupport workforce development initiatives, clinical placements, internships, and community partnershipsRepresent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, schools, colleges, and community outreach programsEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards while providing an exceptional candidate experienceRequirements:Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredMinimum experience requirement: 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field; 2+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience preferredStrong recruiting, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline with strong attention to detailProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologiesKnowledge of employment laws and hiring best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve workflow challengesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsPreferred Associates or better.
