The Role: Solar Recruiting & Field Coordinator – Growth Track As a Solar Recruiting & Field Coordinator, your responsibility is to help grow and stabilize the local market team. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting setters and entry-level reps Conduct initial screenings and onboarding support Help train and deploy new reps in the field Track attendance, activity, and performance Support daily execution standards and accountability Work closely with Market Leadership Who This Is For Have sales or recruiting experience Are organized and detail-oriented Communicate clearly and confidently Can hold standards and expectations Want to grow into leadership or market management You do not need solar experience — systems and training are provided.
