- Engage with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate clients about solar energy benefits.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and local incentives to provide expert advice.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainability and clean energy.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
