Job Title

Location: 6565 Headquarters Drive, Plano, Texas 75024. 100% onsite. Duration: 6 months

Role Descriptions

Local to Dallas and be in office. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Client Flows. Proven experience with Client Classic to Lightning migration projects. Experience with external system integration using APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events. Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture in Client (Platform Events, CDC). Solid understanding of Client security model profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules. Design and development experience on Client solutions mainly in Service Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Client products exposure. Client Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code with SFDX. Knowledge of deployment processes and DevOps tools like Copado. Hands on complex coding on APEX, LWC and integration is mandatory sales, service and Client technical certifications mandatory hands on in Client org merge, Lightning migration, integration and data quality/migration design Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background. Client.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. Proficiency in programming using Client SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Client.com from scratch. Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Client configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Client.com s-controls. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution. Additional Client.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow. Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle. Strong knowledge in data migration and integration Similar consulting firm work experience will be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop Client solutions including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Client products. Design, develop, and deploy scalable Client solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow. Configure and optimize Client platform using standard tools – objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc. Develop and manage complex Flows including screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows. Lead and implement Client Classic to Lightning migration – convert Visualforce pages and logic to Lightning Web Components. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services. Implement Event-Driven Architecture patterns using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, architects, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Follow Client development lifecycle best practices using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset). Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Define and enforce Client governance, security, and data management policies. Integration of Client with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development. Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning. Stay updated with Client platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements. Play independent developer role in custom build with heavy integration experience Create complex LWC components Execute quick POC Hands on custom component building on the existing Client implementation Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders Report regular progress on projects
