Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our organization, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use-related concerns while identifying their strengths and areas for growth.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy based on clients' unique needs, applying evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes, regularly tracking clients’ progress and adapting interventions accordingly.

• Collaborating proactively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, participating in treatment planning meetings, and contributing insights from your social work perspective.

• Delivering crisis intervention services when needed, including conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to safeguard clients during vulnerable moments.

• Advocating for clients' rights and connecting them with necessary community resources, providing case management support to facilitate access to care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
