Care First Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This unique position is centered on providing critical support to our youngest clients within a detox center setting, collaborating with families to enhance the development and well-being of children with disabilities or developmental delays.

Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility and convenience of a fully remote work setting, enabling you to support families in Gilbert, Arizona, and surrounding areas effectively. Live video conferences and virtual assessments will allow you to engage with families from the comfort of your home while maintaining high standards of care in compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the individual needs of children and their families.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes of children’s development, adjusting strategies based on real-time feedback and data.
\n
• Provide hands-on support to families, guiding them through the challenges of caring for children with developmental delays.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to inform care strategies.
\n
• Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a responsive and nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Deliver coaching and educational resources to families, equipping them with skills to facilitate their child’s learning and development.
\n
• Adhere to safety and ethical standards while ensuring a secure environment for all stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus in this role will be on children, particularly those between the ages of birth and three years, who are experiencing developmental challenges. You will work closely with diverse families, offering culturally sensitive support and addressing individual needs through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid LCSW certification licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Health.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
\n
• A strong foundation in early intervention strategies and a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with families and team members.

• Respect and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and collaboration within the team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
