Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and vulnerabilities.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the detox process.

• Act as a liaison with community resources, advocating for client access to essential services such as housing, employment assistance, and ongoing mental health support.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, providing ongoing counseling and adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changing circumstances.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, including mental health emergencies and instances of child abuse, ensuring a safe and supportive response.

• Document all interactions and interventions meticulously, maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in social work practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in direct clinical practice, particularly in community mental health or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
