Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused interventions and best practices in psychotherapy.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting these approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that holistically addresses patients' needs.

• Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment efficacy and contribute to professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our Detox Center, you will primarily work with clients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our patient population is diverse, spanning various demographics, and the ability to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their individual histories, cultures, and needs is integral to their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted LCSW license.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably within a detox or mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
