Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinics in Bradford, PA, with operations split between Tunkhannock, PA, and Wyalusing, PA. Some of our clinics feature attached fitness facilities to support patient rehabilitation.

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, focusing on outpatient musculoskeletal disorders, low back pain, post-operative recovery, geriatric care, vestibular rehabilitation, and treatment for deconditioned patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients, typically lasting 1 hour.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 1012 patients per day, with expected weekly visit numbers between 5055.
• Document patient progress in accordance with clinical best practices using the NextGen documentation system.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and support team members, including CM, PT, PTA, aides, and PEC support.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Dry Needling certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is preferred.
• New graduates will not be considered for this position.

Schedule Details:

• Coverage across two clinics, maintaining a consistent location and schedule.
• Standard schedule is 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
• Clinic hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
