Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire hotel general managers and their teams to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Conduct site visits to ensure brand standards, service excellence, and regulatory compliance are met.
- Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and market share.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement programs to boost loyalty and repeat business.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor hotel staff to build a motivated and talented workforce.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years managing multiple hotel properties, preferably with IHG and Marriott brands.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong financial acumen and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to travel regularly between properties and work flexible shifts including weekends.
