Location Seattle, WA Salary $95,000 - $125,000 DOE This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys digging into the details, analyzing financial data, and helping drive accurate, timely reporting that supports business decisions. Based in Seattle, this role offers remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities For The SR Accountant Role Lead the review and analysis of vendor accruals, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting. Prepare executive reporting packages, including reconciliations, tie-outs, supporting schedules, and financial analyses. Manage inventory accounting activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis. Perform fixed asset accounting, cash reviews, prepaid reconciliations, intercompany transaction preparation, and 1099 reporting. Support accounting process improvements, month-end close activities, and payroll system implementation initiatives. Qualifications For The Sr Accountant Role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with progressive accounting experience. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with experience investigating variances and preparing financial reporting support. Experience with inventory accounting, fixed assets, month-end close, ERP systems, and process improvement initiatives preferred. This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant who enjoys balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with financial analysis and executive reporting.
