Production Control Supervisor (Level 3)

What You Will Be Doing Supervise represented employees in direct support of material handling activities on the production line. Ensure timely delivery of hard tooling, part kits, consumables, and standard hardware in a presentation method that maximizes efficiency and traceability. Maintain high standards for housekeeping, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention, and audit-readiness in all operational areas. Oversee the staging of all work-in-process (WIP) materials to support scheduled operations and reduce production delays. Manage risk mitigation strategies for material constraints and expedite needs across production units. Ensure safety, provisioning, and ongoing training of direct reports to maintain compliance and operational readiness. This role requires availability on weekends and on-call support 24/7 as needed to ensure continuity of production operations. What’s In It for You Flexible work schedules (onsite to remote). A hands‑on supervisor with a passion for team development and accountability. Basic Qualifications Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain or Shop Floor Control experience. Experience with material flow principles: material scheduling and/or material movement and/or inventory management. Experience with SAP, CribMaster (inventory management system for tools) or Material Resources Planning (MRP) equivalent. Desired Skills Leadership experience. Component assembly experience. Knowledge of detail fabrication. Field operations experience. Tool control / tool management. 6Sigma oriented. RF scanner technology. Shop Floor Manager (SFM) / Electronic Work Instruction (EWI).
