We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite school-based opportunity in Valley Center, California. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs through assessment, intervention planning, staff collaboration, and implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
Oversee implementation of ABA strategies and behavioral programming
Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
Support crisis intervention and behavior management strategies when needed
Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior support best practices
Ensure compliance with IEP goals and behavioral service requirements

Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
