Chargeback Analyst (Remote Central and Eastern US)

As an entry level Chargeback Analyst you will be responsible for administrating, consulting and/or negotiating product/service contracts with external customers. Develops pre-sales contract strategies and works closely with marketing, sales, business management, and technical/engineering teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents. Negotiates contracts that are consistent with business objectives and engages in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes. Ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations from contracting parties. Does not require to have legal qualification.

Travel Requirements : 10% may be required for training.

You have a strong focus on providing superior customer service along with your excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Your aptitude for high learning agility and business acumen is demonstrated through your analytical skills around KPI analysis and reporting. Because you are self-motivated and disciplined with an entrepreneurial spirit, you thrive in a team environment while working remotely.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Up to 2 years of experience required

• Understanding of contract pricing, reconciliation of accounts, claims management or chargebacks in the pharma or medical device industry.

• Basic to medium Excel knowledge.

• Strong business English communication skills required (Speaking/Writing/Reading)

• Preferably located in Central and Eastern US.
