Human Resources Business Partner

Indianapolis, North-in office

$62,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

Assist clients in all areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, leave of absence, employee handbook auditing, and separation-release agreements
Work with clients via phone and email
Handling other duties and back up other HR team members as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience in HR or related field
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
