Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our facility. In this role, you’ll support our residents, families, and staff with essential front desk and administrative functions that help everything run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office supply area
Assist with special projects and departmental tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A warm, professional demeanor and attention to detail
