Immediate Medical Receptionist/Admin contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Tampa, FL.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Work Schedule:
- 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- 40 hours per week
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 11/16/26 (possible extension)
Job Details:
- Patient check in and check out
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing patient charts for visits
- Contacting insurance companies for referrals and authorizations
- Faxing/scanning
- Handling administrative tasks for multiple physicians
Qualifications:
- EMR experience required, Epic experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology
