• Provide comprehensive, patient-focused gynecologic care, with an emphasis on preventive wellness, screenings, and expert diagnosis and treatment of women's health issues.
• Engage in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Maintain a clinical schedule consisting of 8 patient sessions weekly.
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation.
• Guide a multidisciplinary care group by sharing best practices, protocols, and excellence in patient service.
• Utilize advanced technologies and innovative methods to enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices to provide cutting-edge treatments to patients.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards.

• Board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Outstanding diagnostic and decision-making abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and colleagues.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach that guarantees the highest standard of patient-centered care.
• Open to both newly trained and seasoned OB/GYN physicians.
• Active Maryland medical license is preferred.

Annual compensation range based on experience: $250,000 - $350,000.
