We strive to provide you with all necessary tools and skills to be successful in your role. We provide a 4-day training program (JET101) and have additional hands‑on training. The Transmission POD is divided into stations: Disassembly, Inspect, Subassembly, and Final Assembly. Each member of the POD is trained to work in each position and rotates to a different station each day. The Gas Engine POD is divided into areas: Disassembly, Prep/Salvage, Machining, Cleaning and Assembly. Each member is trained to work in multiple positions in each area to allow rotation each day. These stations require an individual who is a decision‑maker, has an eye for detail, can utilize various types of tools, machinery, and gauging equipment, and must have good hand dexterity.
