As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, you will:

• Meet with buyers and sellers to discuss their real estate goals
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
• Present market data and pricing recommendations
• Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements
• Manage client relationships throughout the transaction process
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and communications
• Follow proven systems and processes to maximize conversions

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
