We are passionate about delivering the highest level of legal counsel and cultivating deep, long-lasting relationships with our clients and each other.
We are seeking an attorney with at least two years of employment law experience, including preparing employment and severance agreements, and research and advising on the ADA, the FLSA, the FMLA, and Title VII. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, writing skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. Candidates must have graduated with a J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar, as of the commencement of employment or within a reasonable period of time thereafter.
Work target is 1,800 billable hours per year. The anticipated salary is $120,000-170,000, plus potential for bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package. No book of business required.
