Your Role as a Service Technician Satisfy customer needs by troubleshooting systems and equipment to provide comprehensive electrical solutions. Conduct service calls following industry codes, safety procedures, and site‑specific protocols. Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments. Read and interpret electrical codes, drawings, and specifications. Use top‑of‑the‑line tools, technology, and automation to complete tasks efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain top‑tier service standards. Exhibit a strong and customer‑focused work ethic with an emphasis on safety. What You Bring to the Table Ability to perform the physical requirements based on job description. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to pass a pre‑hire drug screening and background check.
