Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis, TN. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design ABA programs tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring data collection, and analyzing progress to adjust interventions as needed. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care, as well as providing parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization in home and community settings. The BCBA will maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical and professional standards, and participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews. The BCBA will have their own treatment team of RBT's with a lead. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans. Experience in Behavior Management, including crisis prevention, behavior reduction strategies, and skill acquisition programming. Knowledge of Psychology principles relevant to autism and ADHD, and ability to collaborate effectively with contracted psychologists. Competence in Parent Education, including delivering caregiver training, coaching families, and supporting generalization of skills across settings. Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with autistic individuals in a clinical or educational setting, preferably in ABA. Strong data analysis, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
