Job Title: Medical Assistant (MA) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an adaptable Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to manage patient flow and support providers in an active outpatient clinic setting. In this role, you will perform collaborative, delegated clinical and clerical tasks across diverse patient populations—including pediatric, adult, and geriatric care—to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered delivery of care.

Compensation & Rates:

• Medical Assistant Pay Range: $22.23 – $27.37 / hour (commensurate with experience)
• LPN Pay Range: $24.50 – $32.77 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Patient Intake: Execute standard rooming processes, record vital signs, obtain medical histories, and prepare patients across all age groups for clinical exams.
• Medications & Admin: Administer routine immunizations, injections, and provider-directed medications in accordance with state scope of practice.
• Laboratory & Specimen Collection: Perform phlebotomy, collect lab specimens, and process routine point-of-care laboratory tests.
• Administrative & Clinic Support: Provide phone triage, manage prescription refills, assist with prior authorizations, stock exam rooms, and support front desk check-in workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

For Medical Assistant Candidates:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent [Required] .
• MA Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (e.g., CAAHEP or ABHES) OR an accredited RMA program [Required] .
• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification [Required] .

For LPN Candidates:

• Licensure: Active State Practical Nurse (LPN) License [Required] .
• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification [Required] .
