Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Clinic | New Hope, MN | Day Shift

Location: New Hope, MN
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Days | 10-Hour Shifts (80 Hours per 2-Week Pay Period)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy outpatient clinic in New Hope, MN . In this role, you will support providers with both clinical and administrative duties while delivering exceptional patient care to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for examinations
• Record vital signs and patient history
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Conduct basic laboratory testing
• Assist with prescription refills and patient communication
• Provide front desk/check-in support as needed
• Stock exam rooms and medical supplies
• Assist with prior authorizations
• Perform X-ray duties if certified and qualified

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or accredited RMA program
• Previous clinical experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
