Location: New Hope, MN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Shift: Days
Schedule: 80 hours per 2-week pay period
Weekends: No
On-Call: No

Pay

• CMA: $22.23–$27.37/hour, based on experience
• LPN: $24.50–$32.77/hour, based on experienc

Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN to support providers and manage patient flow in a busy clinic setting. The role involves both clinical and clerical responsibilities while providing compassionate care to patients of all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist with clinic flow
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic lab tests
• Provide telephone and front-desk support as needed
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare staff
• Perform phlebotomy duties when required
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies
• Perform X-ray duties if appropriately qualified

CMA Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) OR qualifying RMA program with required certification
• Primary care experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Required credentials must be documented

LPN Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license required
• Previous clinical-setting experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Required credentials must be documented
