Medical Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Fridley, MN

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers, manage patient flow, and deliver quality clinical care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and assist providers with examinations and treatment.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy and clinic testing as applicable.
• Assist with prescription refills, prior authorizations, telephone support, and patient-provider communication.
• Provide front-desk/check-in support and assist with clinic workflow.
• Order and stock clinical supplies.
• Communicate patient concerns, questions, and clinical updates to the healthcare team.
• Perform delegated clinical duties within the appropriate Medical Assistant or LPN scope of practice.

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
• Comfortable working with infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Pay:

• Medical Assistant: $22.23-$27.37/hour, based on experience
• LPN: $24.50-$32.77/hour
