What You'll Do

• Manage patient flow across the clinic and support providers with clinical and clerical tasks
• Perform standard rooming procedures and assist with immunizations, injections, and medication administration
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory tests
• Provide telephone support and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Stock supplies, maintain patient records, and support front desk operations as needed
• Ensure quality patient care through supportive, collaborative teamwork

What You Need

• Valid Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) and BLS certification
• At least 1 year of prior clinical medical assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
