  • Benign and malignant hematology
  • Initial consults
  • Ongoing patient care
  • Discharge execution
  • Clinic visits including cycle 1 day 1 chemotherapy overview
  • Ongoing chemotherapy visits
  • Survivorship
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
• EMR: Epic
• Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner 
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Licensure: Active Minnesota license
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
