What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care, supporting patients of all ages
• Assist with benign and malignant hematology cases, with some knowledge of bone marrow procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support hematology/oncology inpatient services on a full-time basis
• Contribute to building the institution’s bone marrow program over time
• Follow hospital protocols utilizing EPIC EMR system
• Participate in routine procedures relevant to hematology and oncology care

What You Need:

• MN state licensure as a PA or APP (willing to support licensing via IMLC if needed)
• Prior experience with hematology patients, both benign and malignant
• Strong knowledge of hematology inpatient management
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment

About the Assignment:
This inpatient hematology/oncology position is based in a spacious 686-bed hospital dedicated to patient-centered care. The role involves supporting hematology and oncology services, with a current focus on establishing expertise in bone marrow procedures in the future. No weekend or call coverage is required during this assignment.
