What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology services in a hospital setting
• Support care for patients of all ages with benign and malignant hematology conditions
• Collaborate with a team of APPs on inpatient services, ensuring seamless patient care
• Assist with hematology inpatient procedures and patient management
• Work within the EPIC EMR system to document and coordinate care
• Participate in building and supporting the hospital’s emerging bone marrow program
• Support staff coverage and help manage patient load, typically 11–16 patients daily

What You Need

Required:

• Active MN license
• Board-certified PA or APP in healthcare
• Experience with hematology patients (benign/malignant)
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications

Preferred:

• Experience with inpatient hematology/oncology care
• Knowledge of hematology procedures and patient management skills
