• Experience: Prior experience with benign and malignant hematology patients required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for all ages
• Support hematology procedures and manage benign/malignant conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including APPs and physicians
• Assist with patient assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up
• Contribute to the building of a new bone marrow transplant program
• Document patient interactions using EPIC EMR system
• Support hospital-based inpatient services with focus on hematology patient needs

What You Need:

• Valid MN license and current BLS/ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with hematology patients
• Competence with benign and malignant hematology conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, hospital-based environment
