Requirements fixed ***Orientation Shifts begin on the second Monday of every month. 2-3 Orientation shifts required.*** **Must live 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern to be considered! *MN is not a compact state *Skills checklist required at time of submission! *Supervised model Looking for full time coverage. **MINIMUM 2 weeks per month and MINIMUM 36 hours per week may apply ****REQUIRED: Two consecutive weeks per month for first three months of assignment. Specialty: CRNA Start Date: August 2026 Paid Orientation: 3 Days Required Contract Length: Ongoing. Initial contract is 4 months Coverage Needed: FTE - 40 hours per week x 4 weeks per month MINIMUM of 36 hours per week/2 weeks per month may apply. **REQUIRED: At least two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months of the assignment. After three months client may honor every other week schedule. 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required 8hr Weeknight Call Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and/or weekends. Not required. Shift Details: 8 10 and 12 hour shifts available. Schedule: 6:30-3pm 6:30-5pm 6:30-7pm Work Details: · Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over bring supplies etc. · Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE · Patient population/age: 12 · Department description: Tertiary facility · EMR: Epic · Special procedures: Specialized care *CRNA do not perform any blocks a-lines epidurals or spinals. Practice Setting: • Hospital - Tertiary facility Level III Facility Requirements: · Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required · Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required · ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire · Minimum experience required: 1 year ***Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days • OT: 1.5x normal rate ***OT rule: Daily overtime is only applicable if your scheduled shift length is changed on the same day in QGenda and/or by your on-site manager. If additional hours are added before the scheduled shift date overtime does not apply. All overtime must be approved by ANW and documented in QGenda to be eligible for payment. • Holiday: - 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59] CALL PAY: Weekend Beeper Call 24hrs = 1000 Weekend Beeper Call 12hrs = 700 Weeknight Beeper Call 8hrs = 400 Weeknight Beeper Call 12hrs = 700 Call back = 1.5x the hourly rate OT: 1.5x normal rate Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 06:30 - 17:00
