Total hospital size 686 beds • EMR: EPIC Practice Setting: o Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: PA or APP • State license required: MN license • DEA: NO Can do temp privs if background is clean! Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
