Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $218.59
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: - Overtime at 1.5x normal rate
• Weekend beeper call pay: $1,000 for 24hrs, $700 for 12hrs
• Weeknight beeper call: $400 for 8hrs, $700 for 12hrs
• Daily overtime available

What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia support for patients aged 12+ in a tertiary hospital setting
• Support a Care Team Model (4:1), assisting with patient care and procedural support
• Cover a variety of scheduled shifts—daytime, with opportunities for occasional overnight or weekend shifts if interested
• Collaborate with anesthesia team on specialized procedures, excluding blocks or spinal/epidural placements
• Support staff with room turnover, supplies, and patient monitoring during procedures
• Manage patient care using Epic EMR system
• Adhere to all safety and procedural protocols

What You Need

• Valid MN Registered Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist licenses
• Proof of ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications
• Minimum 1-year pertinent clinical experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and emergency response skills

About the Assignment
