• Shift: Day shifts available (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) with potential on-call opportunities
• Hours/week: Minimum of 36 hours, up to full-time (40 hours/week)

• Licensure/Certifications: MN Board of Nursing RN and CRNA, ACLS/BLS
• Experience: At least 1 year as a CRNA

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $218.59
• Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application

What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care supporting patients aged 12+ in a tertiary hospital environment
• Support staff using a care team model (4:1) and assist with room turnover and supplies
• Administer anesthesia for specialized procedures—note that CRNAs do not perform blocks, epidurals, or spinal procedures
• Follow established protocols and support perioperative processes
• Participate in call rotations, including occasional weekend or overnight shifts (optional)
• Use Epic electronic medical records for documentation
• Adhere to hospital safety and compliance standards

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Ability to work 2 consecutive weeks per month for the initial three months
• Skills check at submission

Preferred:

• Experience in tertiary care settings
• Flexible with occasional night or weekend shifts
