What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia services supporting a care team model (4:1 staff ratio) for patients aged 12+ in a Level III tertiary hospital setting
• Support specialized procedures, excluding blocks, epidurals, spinals, or arterial line placements
• Participate in scheduled shifts on a mix of 8, 10, or 12-hour days
• Support patient care before, during, and after anesthesia in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assist with room turnovers and supply management
• Support staff during patient care activities within a multidisciplinary team
• Be available for occasional night or weekend shifts (not required)

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota RN license and Nurse Anesthetist certification
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification (required upon hire)
• Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience
• Strong skills in anesthesia support and patient care management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
