• Location: Minneapolis, MN (must live 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern)
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 02/01/2027 (initial contract, ongoing possibility)
• Shift: Day shifts, 8, 10, or 12 hours (e.g., 6:30 AM–3 PM, 6:30 AM–5 PM, or 6:30 AM–7 PM)
• Hours/Week: Minimum 36 hours, up to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Full-time (contract)
• Licenses/Certifications: MN RN License, MN CRNA Certification, ACLS/BLS (Tier 2)
• Experience: At least 1 year of CRNA practice
• Special Procedures: Support staff, no blocks, epidurals, or spinals performed

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59
• Pay Package: Competitive, with weekly pay via direct deposit
• Overtime: Available at 1.5x rate including holidays
• Call Pay: Weekend beeper calls up to $1,000; weeknight calls start at $400

What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia support in a Level III tertiary hospital setting for patients aged 12+
• Assist with specialized care procedures, maintaining a supervised model
• Support staff collaboration within a care team (4:1 ratio)
• Cover scheduled surgeries and procedures, ensuring patient safety
• Participate in weekend and weeknight call duties (optional)
• Support anesthesia needs during a full spectrum of surgeries, excluding blocks, epidurals, or spinal procedures
• Complete documentation and follow hospital protocols using Epic EMR

What You Need:

• MN RN License and CRNA Certification
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 Certification
• Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Ability to commit to consecutive 2-week blocks for the first three months
