What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for diverse patient populations
• Support hematology/oncology team with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop patient care plans
• Document clinical activities in EPIC EMR accurately and efficiently
• Manage benign and malignant hematology cases, with knowledge of stem cell procedures preferred
• Assist in building the hospital’s bone marrow transplantation program in the future

What You Need

• MN license valid for APRN or PA practice
• Minimum 2 years of hematology/oncology experience
• Strong knowledge of benign and malignant hematology
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Preferred: experience with EPIC EMR and inpatient care

This inpatient hematology/oncology unit is part of a 686-bed hospital committed to comprehensive cancer treatment and hematology care. The hematology APP will support inpatient services, helping manage a full spectrum of benign and malignant cases, with some knowledge around stem cell procedures useful, but not mandatory. The facility offers a collaborative environment with dedicated support staff, enabling you to focus on delivering quality care.
