What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for all ages
• Support the hospital's hematology/oncology department with inpatient services
• Assist with hematology procedures and patient management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including APPs and physicians
• Engage in patient assessments, treatment planning, and education
• Contribute to building the bone marrow transplant program (knowledge preferred but not required)

What You Need:

Required:

• MN licensed Nurse Practitioner with hematology/oncology experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Comfortable managing benign and malignant hematology patients
• Prior inpatient care experience in a hospital setting

Preferred:

• Knowledge of bone marrow transplant procedures
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
