• 24-Hour Coverage: $5,910 per 24 Hours

• 24-Hour In-House Shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
• 12-Hour Shifts May Also Be Accommodated
• Provider Availability Must Be Included at Submission

• Predominantly High-Risk Obstetric Population
• Approximately 11-12 Deliveries Per Day
• More Than 90% of the Maternal Placental Program Census Requires Maternal-Fetal Medicine Involvement or Management
• Level II Nursery

• Provide In-House OB Hospitalist Coverage
• Manage High-Risk Obstetric Patients
• Provide Labor and Delivery Care
• Co-Manage High-Risk Patients With Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists
• Provide Coverage for Urgent Obstetric Needs and Emergencies
• Assist Other OB/GYN Physicians With Cesarean Sections and Other Obstetrical Procedures
• Provide Coverage for Unassigned or Undoctored Obstetric Patients as Needed
• Manage ICU Deliveries With Support From Maternal-Fetal Medicine and ICU Teams
• Collaborate With Other In-House OB/GYN Physicians
• Obstetrics Only - No Routine Gynecology Coverage

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine Available In House During the Day
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine Available On Call at Night
• 24/7 Access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists
• ICU Support Available for Highly Complex Patients
• Another OB/GYN Physician Is Available In House for Mutual Support
• CNM Coverage Is Part of the Workflow at Some Locations
• No Residents to Supervise

• Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology - Required
• BLS - Required
• Minnesota Medical License - Highly Preferred
• If Minnesota License Is Not in Hand, IMLC Eligibility Is Required
• Trauma Level I or Level II Experience - Required
• Ability to Manage High-Risk Obstetric Patients - Required
• General OB/GYN Physicians With High-Risk Obstetric Interest May Be Considered With Full MFM Support
• Epic Experience - Preferred
• Clean Credentialing File Required for Emergency Temporary Privileges

• Standard Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90-120 Days
• Emergency Temporary Privileges May Be Available for Candidates With Clean Files
