Senior Project Manager

Leading complex technology projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage enterprise transformation initiatives remotely, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones and coordinating activities to ensure successful project execution Lead project teams through initiatives by fostering collaboration, providing direction, and maintaining project momentum with stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks, optimizing team capacity and recommending process improvements for operational excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field required Seven or more years of progressive project management experience, including leading full-lifecycle implementations of large-scale enterprise platforms Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification required Experience managing enterprise software vendors and systems integrators, including change-order control and deliverable acceptance criteria Demonstrated ownership of ERP implementation phases, including requirements analysis, configuration, and post go-live stabilization
