Senior Project Manager

Overview: Our client is a specialist roofing and cladding subcontractor delivering high-performance building envelope packages across major hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects in Europe. They are seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead a flagship roofing and cladding package on a large-scale data centre development in two locations - Finland & SwedenThe role covers full package delivery from mobilisation through to completion and handover, ensuring safe, on-programme and high-quality execution. These roles operate on a 10/4 rotational pattern.Responsibilities:You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and oversee key interfaces across roofing, cladding, CSA, MEP and commissioning teams.Working closely with site leadership, design teams, suppliers and client representatives, you will ensure delivery aligns with programme milestones, technical requirements, design intent and project specifications.Manage roofing and cladding works across the full project lifecycleCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and specialist installation teamsDrive programme performance and implement recovery actions where requiredEnsure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standardsOversee site HSE compliance and promote a strong safety cultureLead coordination meetings, progress reviews and reporting activitiesManage RFIs, technical submissions, inspections and QA processesSupport planning and commercial teams with delivery, risk and cost controlCoordinate roofing / cladding interfaces with CSA, MEP and commissioning activitiesResolve site issues and minimise programme disruptionSupport snagging, close-out and final handover activitiesRequirementsDegree or technical qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similarProven Project Manager experience within roofing, cladding or building envelope packagesStrong background working on hyperscale data centres, industrial builds or complex commercial projectsExperience managing specialist subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site interfacesStrong understanding of roofing and cladding installation methods, sequencing and quality requirementsGood knowledge of HSE, QA and project controlsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills If these Project Manager positions in Sweden & Finland are of interest to you apply now or contact David Smith/Aoife Regan at Collins McNicholas Recruitment to learn more.
