Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with experienced Senior Site Managers in Dublin.ResponsibilitiesSite Operations Management Lead daily site operations on a high-rise residential project, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme milestones while coordinating multiple work fronts within a constrained city-centre environment. Subcontractor Coordination Manage and drive subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality expectations, while leading coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication across all trades. Health & Safety Leadership Champion a proactive health & safety culture on site, ensuring full compliance with regulations and standards through regular audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to effectively manage hazards. Logistics & Planning Plan and manage site logistics, including deliveries, crane operations, and access, working closely with the wider project team to optimise sequencing and minimise disruption in a busy urban location. Quality Assurance Oversee quality of workmanship across all trades, ensuring finishes meet high residential standards, while driving snagging, inspections, and close-out processes to achieve a high-quality end product.RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background Must have 6+ years experience in a similar role on large-scale residential projects or similar Must be based within a commutable distance of DublinBenefits75,000 - 85,000 + Vehicle + Package
