United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a manufacturing company in Smock, PA. This person will support the entire office with customer communication, accurate data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needs arise.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $20 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time hours may be considered
Responsibilities
- Maintain spreadsheets and enter information accurately.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers professionally.
- Prepare, print, copy, and organize office documents.
- Help team members with general administrative tasks and changing priorities.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of prior office administration or data entry experience required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word daily.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate courteously by phone.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
